| Trying Out: |
Email us and set up a tryout day and time. Email Admin.
All new players must bring a signed form to the field (or send electronically), found at the PSV Union FC TRYOUT page, before being permitted to participate. |

| Forms and Fees: |
After a place has been offered in the program, it typically takes 3-4 days to process forms and fees. If a player trys out on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday, we can usually process paperwork in time to play on the weekend-Once we find out your date of birth and the team you are trying for we will send you a fee breakdown. To calculate your age group, use the age group calculator. at the PSV Union FC TRYOUT page.
IMPORTANT: Required Before Participation with the team:. (If you are already a registered Union member, no forms are required)
- Must include one (1) copy of the US Club Soccer Release Form found on the following page. Union FC Forms (this item can be scanned and sent electronically)
- Must include Fees. Go to fees section online. To pay for the Fall tuition, go online to the team page and pay using PayPal, or make checks payable to Union FC
- Must include copy of birth certificate. (this item can be scanned and sent electronically)
- Must include 2 pictures (1 inch x 1 inch headshots) - Each picture must be a clear, current photo – face forward - head and shoulders – NO POLAROIDS! NO HATS! NO SUNGLASSES! (this item can be scanned and sent electronically)

Ordering Uniforms: |
After placing uniform orders, it typically takes 1 week to 10 days to receive your uniform. Be sure to ask for your favorite numbers. Note that most are already taken if you are joining an existing team. You will be sent uniform information upon receiving confirmation of participation. |

| How to Make Contact and Meet with Admin and Coaches |
We can only meet with you if we have a prior arrangement to do so. Please email us and set up a time to meet and discuss. Before practice is not usually possible. Most questions can be addressed via email. admin.
