PSV UNION CLUB RULES AND INFORMATION:
If you wish to speak with one of the coaches, please do so after making an appointment to do so.  Some of the coaches will help other coaches after their own session so they are usually still involved in other practices. Please be respectful of the coaches time.
If a player must leave early or arrive late to a game or practice,  notify the coach by email prior to the commencement of the session.
Be punctual for games and practice.  Playing time may be limited if players are late or absent.
Do not leave your child alone at the field under any circumstances. If there is a coach at the field, be certain to get permission to drop off your child before doing so. If the team coach is at the field and allows the early drop off, this is the only time we will allow a player to arrive early. If players do arrive early they should start juggling! (using the 12 contact points- or try and break record with the 'seven juggles' and practicing "Coerver',  "V's' or "8-Turns".
Players are obviously free to leave after the conclusion of practice, even if the coach goes over the allotted time. Sometimes a coach will remain beyond the allotted time to ensure all players are collected  from the field.
If you are in a hurry,  come to the sideline to call your son/daughtet. Please do not walk on the field or between teams training. We will only release players to parents once we see their ride has arrived. Players should wait inside the fenced area until their ride shows.
Only players and coaches are allowed on the soccer field at all times.  This means that the field may still be 'live' when we end practice so please remember to let the players come off the field to you.

Returning Sick or Injured Players-

If a player has seen a doctor or surgeon for an injury or illness, we will require a doctors note (written or emailed to ADMIN) clearing the player to fully participate in all PSV Union activities, or advising of the limitations, if any, restricting full participation. We will also require a written email from a parent or guardian releasing their son/daughter to play and or train.

The league and club require this for insurance purposes and the coaches require this information to understand the health and condition of each player in all practices and games so that they are enabled to make informed decisions on playing time and intensity.

Players must  wear soccer specific soccer clothing. We prefer club training shirts or replica shirt. Shin guards must be worn.

Players must always bring BOTH sets of uniforms to all games.

Do not send the players with payments and forms to give to the coaches. Often this paperwork gets lost/misplaced. Please mail in forms or hand them personally a staff member in an envelope.
